Mohit Khattar is currently the CEO and Director, for Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd, the master license holder for Baskin Robbins in India and South Asia. He is driving its business and helping grow the brand through multiple channels in this geography.

In his previous stint as CEO and MD for Godrej Natures Basket, he played a key role in positioning and establishing Godrej Natures Basket as a differentiated food retail entity in India and in growing its stature and its business multi-fold during his long tenure with the Godrej group.

In his career spanning over two and a half decades, nearly half of it has been productively spent in senior management roles in the food and grocery space. Prior to the food, grocery and food service space, he has earned his spurs building several successful programs, brands and business in general for leading organisations including Titan Watches, Reckitt Benckiser, T.I Cycles of India and Subhiksha.

Apart from mentoring new businesses, he is also actively involved in his capacity as a beachhead advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE) for the Food & beverage industry helping new kiwi companies entering India on strategies to scale their businesses here.

Mohit is a Mechanical Engineer and a MBA in Marketing and is currently based out of Mumbai.
