Ramesh Menon is the Chief Executive Officer at HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd. where he is responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy and path to profitability.

With cross cultural experience of over 25 years, Ramesh Menon has a varied and rich experience across multinationals and family owned professionally run organizations in India, Middle East and Africa. Having worked across FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing and Telecom sectors, he has an extensive background and experience of complex and challenging environments, Start-ups, Turnarounds and situations involving management restructuring and team building.

Prior to joining HyperCity, he was the National Head Wireless (GSM) Operations at Reliance Communications and Hub CEO (West), at Bharti Airtel Ltd. He was an integral part of the team that set up Spencer’s Retail Ltd., as its first Head of Operations. He has also had stints with ITC Ltd., Colgate Palmolive and PepsiCo in various capacities in Sales & Marketing.

He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with specialisation in Marketing from Xavier School of Management, Jamshedpur.
