Sadashiv Nayak is part of the strategic business team at Future Group. His responsibility is in formats of Food Bazaar, fbb chain of fashion stores and Big Bazaar.

Prior to Future group he has worked with Hindustan Unilever and Asian Paints.

Sadashiv graduated Engineering from NIT, Karnataka and completed his post graduation in Business Management from XLRI Jameshedpur. He stays in Mumbai with his wife Radhika and twin sons.
