Sneha is a young HR professional with over 8 years of experience in handling HR generalist role in leading Indian and European MNCs. She is currently heading the entire People profile for a young Indian Company called Vedant Fashions Pvt. Ltd operating under the brand umbrella Mohey Manyavar.

She has experience in leading HR functions since the beginning of her career and has worked extensively in the field of setting up HR structures, policies and practices. In addition to HR, she also mentors the marketing, communications, customer relations and operations team of about 40 professionals.

She holds a degree in Management along with a diploma in Business Laws. Her initial education was in the field of sciences with a triple major in Biotechnology, Genetics and Biochemistry along with a Diploma in Bioinformatics.

She was recently awarded the Best Young HR professional Award by the BCCI in 2015 and Best HR Leader (Industry : Apparels & Fashion) at the Indian HR Convention in 2016
