Set up the top line sales and distribution organization in India to launch Faces Cosmetics through the Dept Store and Modern Retail formats, and managed the Intl Business in Canada, US and Latam
Worked with key retailers across Europe, Middle East & Israel (Tesco, Kruidvat, Douglas, Manor, Sephora, Arbat Prestige, LifeStyle, Superpharm, etc.)
Set up and managed the sales organization in Russia to increase sell through and to grow distribution across the 25 key cities.
