Suruchi Wagh is the Founder and Chief Product Officer of Jombay, a Talent Assessment and Capability building company. Suruchi believes in bringing consumer user experience to enterprise products of building products. She firmly believes that there’s nothing called as self-made man or a one man show and that it is the small innovations that come from every corner of the organization that makes it an innovative company. Prior to Jombay, Suruchi Wagh worked with a Stanford University Professor at RMS Inc. in California. She pursued her Masters from University of Southern California, Los Angeles. She was selected by an Economic Times Survey as one of the promising Women Entrepreneurs to watch for in 2016. A mother to two sons, she is a conversationalist at heart, and is also a trained Bharatnatyam dancer.
