Ramani spent his childhood years in, the then spacious & open Mumbai from the 60s to the 80s. He went on to do his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from NIT, Durgapur and Masters in Management Studies from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies.

His work experience over the past 27 years spans across several consumer facing businesses and across reputed organizations like Unilever, Levis, Madura Garments, Bharti Walmart, HT Media, Arvind Brands.

He has a rich experience in Leadership roles:

• In building & strengthening brands,
• In growing & building profitable businesses and across several industries - starting from FMCG (Beverages, Personal Care), Fashion/ Apparel, Electronics/ Mobility/ Appliances & presently with Beauty & cosmetics.
