Arjun Aggarwal is Director on the board of various Bhartiya Group companies. Bhartiya’s businesses include leather and textile outerwear manufacturing, accessories and leather goods manufacturing, apparel sourcing, and city development. An entrepreneur by trait, he has over twelve years of professional experience in infrastructure and real estate development. The prime project under BCDPL is Bhartiya City is a 133 acre integrated township in Bangalore comprising Residences, Offices, City Centre, Retail, International School and Hospital with assets worth 5 Billion USD under development.

Under his leadership, Nikoo Homes became the fastest selling residential homes brand in Bengaluru after its launch in November 2012. He holds the Master Plan for Bhartiya City, an area of over 20 million square feet to be constructed and delivered as per the development plan. The Bhartiya City Centre of Information Technology BCIT is already occupied by firms like IBM, Infosys, Maersk to name a few.

He has been the driver of sustainability and innovation in both conceptualization and construction of Bhartiya City. With collaborations from around the world, he has played an instrumental role in upgrading and implementing new age practices that focus on energy conservation, sustainability, quality and efficiency. He is also the founder of Urbanac Projects Pvt. Ltd.; an ISO 9001:2015 development company that focusses on providing world class development and construction services.

Arjun holds an MBA from Imperial College, London. He enjoys travelling and has great interest in Wildlife photography.
