Bidisha brings her forward-thinking attitude to her present role as Chief, Talent Development in Future Lifestyle Fashion Limited. Her penchant for innovation has led her to successfully leveraged art forms such as storytelling, theatre and music to enable learning within the organisation. To talk the language of the digital natives, she has also explored avenues that allow for greater use of digital platforms. Recently, under her watchful eyes, 200 plus differently abled people were hired in myriad roles across the organisation. She has also hired and engaged members of the LGBT community. Bidisha is an alumna of SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, with a specialisation in Design Thinking. She is an avid reader and is currently reading the book The Loyalist Team.
