In his 23 year professional journey, James has worked with India’s largest – Retailer (Reliance Retail Ltd.), Private Sector Company (Reliance Industries Ltd.), Mobile Retail Chain (ESSAR Group – The Mobile Store Ltd.), HR Solutions Provider (NIS Sparta Ltd.), Telecom Company (Bharti Airtel Ltd.), Bank (HDFC Bank Ltd.), 1st Private Internet Service Provider (Sify Ltd.), Tyre Manufacturing Company (Apollo Tyres Ltd.) & Consumer Durables Company (BPL Ltd.) besides having worked for one of the largest conglomerates (TH Group) in Vietnam. His varied experience is testimony of his adaptability to perform and excel no matter what the product, service or function may be – in & out of India whilst progressively managing city, state, regional, national & international profiles. His return to India as the Executive Head of the Retailers Association’s Skill Council of India (RASCI) was a choice made towards nation & skill building.

His initial 10 years of Business Management exposure (Bharti Airtel Ltd; HDFC Bank Ltd; Sify Ltd; Apollo Tyres Ltd; BPL Ltd), enriched with the following 8 years exposure in Human Resource Management (TH Group Joint Stock Company; ESSAR Group – The Mobile Store Ltd; Reliance Industries Ltd; Reliance Retail Ltd) enabled him spearhead the National Skilling initiative as the Executive Head of RASCI with ease since 2012.
