Sathyanarain Muralidharan handles marketing at Freshworks where he focuses on India and APAC. He has close to a decade experience of selling and marketing various enterprise technology solutions cutting across industries and is especially passionate about using technology to solve traditional problems. Sathyanarain strongly believes that customer happiness is the new customer satisfaction and is a firm believer in giving the customer a seamless experience across the online and offline world.

In his previous role at Freshworks, Sathyanarain was leading product marketing for their IT service management solution globally and was a sought-after speaker in IT conferences across the globe. Sathyanarain is also a music producer and spends much of his weekends producing music in his home studio for various projects and bands he is involved in.
