Previously he headed Technology for more than 8 years at Shoppers Stop Ltd. & Crossword Book Stores Ltd where he has been responsible for several key implementations such as Business Intelligence, Mobility & Warehouse Automation. He has been an IT Practitioner for the past two decades with experience across industries such as Retail, BFSI, Media & Logistics. Prior to Shoppers Stop, Ranjit worked at ICICI Bank in the Retail Technology group where he played a key role in the implementation of Loan Management, Credit Rating, Delinquency Management and CRM applications.
