VT joined the Indian Advisor in 2007 and focuses on consumer and healthcare sectors. He was the lead advisor or co-lead advisor for Sequoia’s investments in Prataap Snacks, La Renon, Indigo Paints, Faces, Go Colors, Healthkart, Hector Beverages, Suburban Diagnostics, Raw Pressery, Innovcare, Wingreen Farms, Genesis colors and Celon Labs. Prior to joining the Indian Advisor, VT was a consultant at McKinsey & Company where he spent six years advising some of the leading Indian companies. VT received an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where he was awarded the Presidents Gold Medal and holds a BS in engineering from BITS Pilani.
