I joined Godrej & Boyce as Sr. Sales Officer (Industrial Products) in year 1985 directly from campus to be posted in Bhopal branch handling sales and service of industrial product (machine tools, forklifts and castings) for Madhya Pradesh. This assignment continued till 1989 post which I moved to Machine Tool business in Marketing for west zone subsequent to which I moved to Production Planning function between the period 1989 ? 1994. After this cross functional exposure in industrial products I got an opportunity to move back to Bhopal branch as branch head for the period 1995 ? 1999. Post which I got an opportunity to relocate to Delhi as a branch head and subsequent as regional head. In the year 2001, I moved to SSG business wherein I assumed the role of All India Marketing & Sales Head and carried out the responsibilities for period of two years subsequent to which again taking a cross functional movement in the role of manufacturing head in SSG which I continued till 2005. In the year 2005, I moved to Interio business as Head - Product Supply and in August 2014 I moved as Business Head MHE division.
