A seasoned Retail professional with 20 years of experience in Retail Project Planning, Construction Management, Vendor Development, Design Management for multiple formats and varied store size and scales, Start-up projects, multi-location Rollouts and Team Management. Currently employed with Aditya Birla Retail Limited, as Asst. Vice President-Projects for a pan India roll out.

1) Contributing to various Business & Formats requirements and ensuring final outputs in terms of design & development is in line with business requirements, best in class with respect to customer experience, aesthetic, functionality and within stipulated budget

2) Assist Procurement team to develop procurement strategy, which is short term and long term, ensure and manage budgeted capital expenditure, keep abreast with current market and product trend and initiate and develop plan to ensure constant improvements in product development, value for money and vendor developments.

3) Efficient co-ordination between landlord and all external business partners to ensure seamless completion of each & every projects

4) Provide clear leadership and motivation to members of the team and set clear targets.
