Nitin Khanna presently holds the designation of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Inorbit Malls (India) Pvt. Ltd., a K Raheja group company. As a leader of the financial and commercial operations, Mr. Nitin Khanna is accountable for the administrative, financial, risk management and statutory compliance of the organization. In addition to this his role also involves developing and implementing financial strategy. He also is responsible to closely monitoring the control systems ensuring preservation of assets and ensure optimum financial results. At present Nitin leads and is actively involved in undertaking key decisions for 6 malls (Malad, Vashi, Bangalore, Vadodara, Pune and Hyderabad) which includes 588 stores and 31 anchors having a monthly footfall of 3.5 million. Nitin joined Inorbit malls in the year 2015 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Nitin is a Chartered and Cost accountant and bring in 20 years of experience in Strategic Financial Planning, Risk Management, Taxation, Internal Control and Statutory compliance audits. Before joining Inorbit malls, Nitin has worked as a CFO for VF Corporation, a fortune 500 company. He handled the operations for India and Mauritius. As a board member Nitin managed brands like Lee, Wrangler and Vans. With his leadership and financial management skills these brands have witnessed a growth of 20%+ CAGR in a short span of 3 years. Apart from this he has had the opportunity to work with big names like Castrol – BP, Blue Star Air Conditioners, Blow Plast and Indo Rama where ha handled accounting, Commercial, Working Capital management, Internal Audit, Project Accounting & Indirect Taxation. Nitin loves read books in his spare time. Also he has a passion for cricket and loves to play the game in leisure time. He loves watching movies too.
