Anita Borate heads the Best Companies Study at Great Place to Work(R) India, she is accountable for managing the experience of over 500 client organizations. She also spearheads research and new product development for the organization.

She has led consulting projects for clients in media, pharmaceutical, banking, telecom, IT and other industries. Her articles have been published in leading publications like the Economic Times and she has authored / co-authored multiple research reports at the Institute.

Prior to Great Place to Work(r) Institute, Anita has worked with Universal Consulting India Pvt. Ltd. in the area of strategy consulting as well as HR consulting.

Anita has a Masters in Management Studies degree from Prin. L N Welingkar Institute of Management Development and Research.
