Bela Gupta is Founder & CEO at Anubhav Ananda Services Priivate Limited where she has launched Herbivore a cloud kitchen brand that caters Gourmet Vegetarian Global & Indian cuisine, she has 35 years rich experience having managed business of US $600 million in Asia, she managed execution through teams to deliver excellent results in the field of lifestyle and food retail. Her experience spans understanding the consumer behavior from Urban to Rural in various clusters, demographics and psychographics specifically in Asia across multi channels of operations of retailing through hypermarkets, specialty markets, exclusive brand stores, shop franchising, wholesale distribution and e-tail. She had the opportunity of working closely with suppliers globally on procurement and commercials in general merchandise and clothing. As CEO of KKCL she had the opportunity to develop the retail strategy, SOP’s, developing brand concepts, rolled out 125 stores in across 55 cities with a team of 500+. As a consultant with Spink Marketing she was instrumental in implementing projects with a 95% success rate, interacted with Senior boards for Strategy & Blue Prints to grass root level execution with teams. In her last job with Tesco as Commercial Director in Asia, she drew successful plans and strategy for the soft lines business, built the critical path for launching private label across 6 countries, creating and managing business change, engaging people at all levels, working with cross functional teams in International markets. She is also responsible for deploying the new Commercial Operating Processes for Asia.
