Bhupesh has been involved in setting up and operating both Company owned as well as franchisee operated retail chains, all across India. With experience across industries, he has rapidly scaled up many new businesses in the consumer, internet, telecom and food segments – while recently diversifying into the services retail space. He has always been a part of high growth, brutally competitive industries, including National roles at Kodak Express, Sify Internet, or the explosive telecom and retail boom at Reliance

He was a core member of the start-up team of Reliance Infocomm and Reliance Hypermarkets and was involved in designing and implementing all aspects of the business Bhupesh has done his Mechanical Engineering from IIT Varanasi, his MBA from IIM Bangalore and a Leadership programme from INSEAD France

He was featured in the Frontrunners column of Top Young Achievers in Business India, the leading Indian Business Magazine, a recognition given to successful Indian managers who have achieved more than expected by the age of 35.

He currently works with Enrich Salons as Director –Operations and is spearheading their rapid growth to become the leader in the beauty services industry across India

He is on the National Wellness Committee of FICCI, is a General Member of the National Sector Skills Council of Beauty and Wellness and is also a frequent speaker at industry conferences
