Chandrakant Kamane hails the rich experience of 18 years in various gamut of HR verticals such of Employee Relation, Organisation Development Interventions (ODI), Innovative HR Initiatives and HR turn Key projects. Currently Heads – Human Resources for all the Stores / Distribution centres for Tata Tesco Enterprise – Trent Hypermarket Pvt Ltd (Star Bazaar). Chandrakant has worked with various other industries like FMCG, Beverages, Manufacturing and Retail. Before working with Trent Hypermarket he has done major contribution on HR platforms in companies such as Carlsberg, Coca-Cola and Bisleri. .

Since last 2 years Chandrakant is instrumental in leading the various Talent Management initiatives such as hiring special abled, leading various Engagement programs at Stores/DC, Cost line controls, Improvising Productivity, Restructurings and Driving People Agenda.

He is a certified on conducting Thomas Profile Assessments, Train the Trainer, Balanced Score card and Situation Leadership from Blanchard.

His hobbies includes networking, career help to youth and mentoring upcoming Young Managers
