John is the CEO of enParadigm. He co-founded enParadigm with the single-minded objective of helping L&D managers create visible business impact. He brings in deep expertise in business consulting and learning design, drawn from his work with over 400 clients across sectors, such as Arvind Brands, Madura Fashion & Lifestyle, Pantaloons, Raymond, Shoppers Stop, Abbott India, Coca-Cola, Infosys, General Motors, Reliance Capital, Schindler etc. His passion for learning pedagogies has helped build enParadigm’s experiential learning expertise. When not working with people leaders and CxOs, he can be found spending time with his family, or adding dog-eared books to his sizeable collection of management literature. John holds an MBA degree from IIM Ahmedabad.
