Mohit has over two decades of work experience in Hospitality, Telecom, FMCG & Apparel Industries. He has worked with the Tata Group, ITC Ltd, Hindustan Unilever & Raymond Ltd. in diverse functional and business leadership capacities across these organizations.

As Chief Executive officer for Sephora (Arvind Beauty Brands Retail Pvt. Ltd.), his mandate is to further strengthen the leadership position of Sephora in India as the best beauty destination providing immersive customer experience both online and offline .

In his previous role as Head of Retail for Raymond, he is credited for crafting a new-age agile & asset-lite retail business model for entrepreneurial franchisees through new retail format called ‘Mini TRS’ that created benchmarks in retail within and outside the organisation. As part of Leadership Team, he has also led the Revival of the Tailoring profession & built the first of its kind sustainable Tailoring Eco-system through the Tailoring Centre of Excellence, Tailoring Hubs and foray in to Online Tailoring Business.

His strong consumer focus, executional excellence, innovative marketing models and entrepreneurial drive has ensured sustainable, profitable and inclusive business growth in all his assignments.
