Namita Purohit is the founder of Bhakti Women and Build Worthy training. She is passionate about investing in human development through her work as a trainer and a thought partner for people in all seasons and walks of life. She believes in the 360 degree development of people to enable them in becoming high-impact change agents. She has developed and conducted various training programs and created various systems to this effect.

Bhakti Women has impacted the lives of over 300 women and 200 girls in Pacific North West USA and much more through online resources. She has been a personal guide and trainer to women in diverse companies and positions in USA and India. Through Build Worthy she has offered training in diverse organizations all over India– IIT Madras, The Cricket Club of India (CCI), Banasthali Vidyapeetha, Rotary Clubs, Inner Wheel Clubs, Indian Army, Indian Navy, Amy Wives Welfare Association, Open Pathshala, Vidarbha Industries Association ,SNDT Women’s University and Bhartiya Vidya Bhavan’s School Network to name a few. She has trained over 4000 people since Build Worthy’s inception in July 2016.

Prior to this Namita was a software engineer at Microsoft Redmond, USA where she has also received a Gold Star Employee Award. Namita is also Certified in Personal Counselling ( Robert Carkhuff and Albert Ellis’s model of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy- REBT).
