Prajakta leads the Marketing & Alliance practice for Capgemini in India and the Middle East. She has around 18 years of experience across sales, consulting, marketing, communications and alliance management in India, Middle East and APAC countries.
She is part of the leadership team and strategy think tank, with current focus on fueling top line growth by liaising conduit between global and local organization. She is also responsible for cross geography capability development and strives to drive progression from ‘Content driven’ to ‘Value driven’. It is under her leadership the marketing capability is transformed into ‘market Impact’ and able to contribute tangibly to the business.
Professional Background: Prajakta has been associated with Capgemini for more than six years. Prior to Capgemini she was part of Bristlecone– a Mahindra enterprise where she was responsible for sales, marketing and alliance. Her expertise includes managing influencer relationships, ideation on innovation, communication, branding, value creation, account based marketing and strategic marketing.
Education: Prajakta holds a bachelor’s degree in Microbiology and has done her specialization in Marketing from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
