Job Description Heading the mall operations for Prestige Group, Areas of expertise in the field of Shopping Centre Development and management include strategy and product development, retail planning & design, tenant mix determination, mall zoning and centre leasing and operations post opening. Prestige Group has 5 malls in south India across Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and Mangalore with 3 million sft GLA in operation. 5 more Malls are in the pipeline in Bangalore, Mysore, Kochi, & Mangalore; task involves running all the centres as an individual profit center.

Experience 15 years’ experience in Shopping Centre development, Leasing, Mall Operations and Mall Management. Was part of the team who were assigned the Mall Development foray of Prestige Group in 2001 to plan and develop the first mall in India named The Forum Mall, Koramangala, Bangalore. Have been instrumental in leasing and opening all the 5 shopping centres under the Forum Banner. Leased more than 3 million sft of GLA with 750 stores in 15 years. Spearheaded the opening of the first Forum mall outside Bangalore in Chennai which is a mix use development of 1 million sft. Been an active member of Retailers Association of India and an active participant in shaping the landscape of retail industry in various forums.
