Venkataramana B, President – Group HR of Landmark Group India (Lifestyle International) is a Postgraduate in Human Resources Management with over 28 years of experience. He has a varied experience working with global teams, synergizing cross cultural diversities during Mergers and Acquisitions in Multi national Corporations. In general terms, his contribution has been – developing the business – by realizing the corporate objectives set out for his functional area.

His last assignment was with Reliance Retail Limited as Senior Vice President – Human Resources for over 4 years. During this assignment, he was responsible for formulating HR Policies and Practices for Reliance Retail apart from building HR team across the country.

Prior to this, he was heading Human Resource functions at Reliance BPO, Henkel India and Brigade Solutions. He earlier worked with Tamilnadu Petroproducts Limited, Chennai and Lakshmi Machine Works, Coimbatore in Managerial assignments.

He was former Chairman of HR Panel for CII, Southern Region, Management Committee Member of Madras Management Association, Executive Committee Member, Retailers Association of India and Panel Member of Skills Development Commitee, CII, Southern Region. He is presently the Regional Vice President (South) for Indian Society of Training & Development.

He is an eminent Speaker and has addressed various forums such as World HRD Congress, Indian Retail Forum, FICCI, CII as well as leading Academic Institutes. He was recently awarded the Top 40 Most Talented HR Leaders in India by ET Now.
